Junior Bug Club

Every week young bug lovers will have the opportunity to meet friends and learn about a new insect. I am an entomologist and I love fostering the love of insects in students, or entomologists in-training. When discussing a new insect we will focus on the environment it lives in, what it eats, where it lives, its lifecycle, and many other fun facts. Students will have the opportunity to share stories and discuss how they have interacted with this insect in their lives. Learners will be encouraged to draw a picture of the insect and nature journal about what we learned.
